TeachHero is an all-in-one platform for running a small school: enrollment, billing, communication, your public website, and classwork in one place.
The three places people work
Admin panel — where school admins run the school: students and enrollment, invoices and payments, email, contacts, your school website, and reports. Sign in at teachhero.com, then pick your school on My Schools.
Teacher panel — where teachers manage their classes: attendance, classwork, grading, announcements, and messages and emails to their students' families. Teachers use the same sign-in and land here automatically.
Family portal — your school's own website at yourschool.teachhero.com. Parents and students sign in with a one-time email code (no password) to pay invoices, fill out forms, register for classes and events, and follow classwork.
How this help center is organized
- Knowledge Base — short reference articles grouped by topic: Getting Started, Admissions, Enrollment, Billing, Dashboard & Reports, Communication, Contacts, Forms, School Website & Portal, Volunteer Management, Learning Management, and Integrations.
- Guides — longer end-to-end walkthroughs that string several features together.
