TeachHero uses cookies in a limited and privacy-focused way. Specifically:

• Essential Cookies – Used to keep you logged in and maintain secure sessions. These cookies are required for the platform to function properly.
• Payment Security Cookies – When you make an online payment or save a payment method, our payment processor Stripe sets cookies needed for checkout security and fraud prevention.
• Product Analytics Cookies (in the app) – Inside the TeachHero app, we use PostHog to understand how features are used so we can improve them. See Section 10 of our Privacy Policy for details.
• We do NOT use cookies for advertising, ad retargeting, or cross-site tracking.

3. Our Marketing Website: Analytics Without Cookies

On our public marketing website, we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first, cookie-free tool. Plausible does not use cookies or collect any personally identifiable information (PII). All analytics data is aggregated and anonymized, and stored on secure servers in the European Union in full compliance with GDPR.

Essential and payment security cookies cannot be disabled without impacting your ability to use TeachHero. You can control or delete cookies via your browser settings at any time.
